BUSTER the Dog needs a home
Buster is a Beagle Mix, 1yr old, neutered male, weighing 35#, will probably fill out to 40#. Head stands just above knee height. His owner thought she was ready for a new companion after the passing of her previous pet and adopted him from a kill shelter but quickly realized a young dog was more than she had bargained for.
He is good natured, very playful, nonaggressive, although he plays hard. Loves other dogs, children and good with cats. May be too rough for small children & small dogs, unless the small dog is tough and a hard player. Better with dogs his size or larger.
He’s still a puppy and will need to be supervised and crated when left home alone. He’s attentive, loveable and responsive and very eager to learn. He has been neutered, current on all vaccines including rabies and bordetella, worked for any intestinal parasites and is heartworm negative and microchipped . He has been started on a monthly heartworm and flea preventative .
